After Andris Poga’s exceptional concert with the Orchestre National de France last June, he received an immediate reinvitation to conduct Messiaen’s Turangalila Symphony in 2018.
Then he presented a triumphal Symphonie Fantastique by Berlioz with the Orchestre du Capitole de Toulouse at the Carcassonne Festival and Radio France Festival in Montpellier.
The Orchestre National de Lyon was also delighted to collaborate with Andris for the Bad Kissinger Festival and for the opening concerts of the International Piano Festival in La Roque d’Anthéron where a masterful interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s Pathetic Symphony was delivered.
