For me, a conductor is a bridge connecting the composer’s thoughts, the musicians’ breath, and the hearts of the audience. A conductor creates unrepeatable moments on stage and unlocks the potential of a team’s collective expression. The meaning of conducting is to ignite the spirit of music through the musicians, allowing it to become a living force and to reach the audience with strength.
