Peruglia-Silvina
For me, conducting an orchestra means creating a space for mutual listening, where each musician feels the freedom to give their very best while those individual energies are brought together into a unified and meaningful vision of the work. A conductor’s role is also to foster a sense of shared purpose, both in the artistic process and in the value that our art brings to the community.
