After her succes at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées in Paris, Debora Waldman and her Orchestra Idomeneo treated the audience of the Festival de Sully et du Loiret on May 20th to the programme « Pure Mozart ».
And then, in June : a set of concerts at the Rouen Opera (Normandy, France) and an appearance at the Philharmonie de Paris with the Orchestre Demos.
In April, the Orchestre d’Auvergne with its Musical Director Roberto Fores Veses flied off to Brazil for the residence at the Salla Cecilia Meireles in Rio de Janeiro. They brought three ambitious programmes, starring young Brazilian talents :

The Otakar Kraus Music Trust charity concert of 18th of June, delivered by Paradisal Players and conducted by Samuel Burstin, raised £5000. The Otakar Kraus Music Trust, set up in 1991, provides music therapy for people of all ages who have physical, psychological, learning, behavioural or emotional difficulties.
Robert Trevino makes his Vienna debut with the Wiener Symphoniker on June 20th and 21st at the Wiener Konzerthaus withAlice Sara Ott performing Liszt Piano Concerto No. 2, the rest of the program is Tchaikovsky’s « Tempest » and Dvorak’s Symphony No. 7. They then go on tour to Turkey for the annual Istanbul International Music Festival, where they will perform in Istanbul and Izmir on June 23 & 24.

Anton Batagov, a Russian composer, post-minimalist, whom the conductor Vladimir Jurovsky commissioned to compose a new work for the Evgeny Svetlanov State Academic Symphony Orchestra, wrote a new vocal cycle on the John Donnes’ poetry titled « I Fear No More ».
After Mihhail Gerts’ success in Japan with two famous orchestras: NHK Symphony and Osaka Philharmonic, he steps onto Russian soil at the Vladimir Spivakov Festival in Omsk (June 2nd) and in Perm (June 5th) where he conducts the programme:

Debora Waldman appeared at the prestigious Theatre des Champs-Elysées in Paris where she conducted on March 20th the Orchestre Lamoureux in the exceptional programme : Shostakovich’s Cello Concerto n°1 and Orff’s « Carmina Burana ».
